International Orders: Do you ship internationally and how do I track my international package?

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. When you place your order, just select your country and our system will estimate shipping charges based on your exact address. Please be aware that you may request any of the following shipping methods, depending on your location: USPS First-Class (Standard) or Priority, UPS, or Fedex.

When your order ships you should receive an email with shipping information. If you selected UPS or FedEx as your shipping method, the customs number you receive can be used to track your package. If you chose USPS First-Class International or USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method, the customs number you receive may NOT be used to track your package outside the US, only within the US.

IMPORTANT: USPS First-Class and Priority Mail International shipping does not offer tracking or delivery confirmations for international packages, only a customs ID.

International Delivery Times

  • US Postal First Class International - 3-4 weeks, 1-2 weeks for Canada
  • US Postal Priority - 1-2 weeks
  • UPS Canada Standard - 1-2 weeks
  • UPS - 3-7 business days

Please allow for this time as we cannot do anything with your order until the time has already passed.

If your package hasn't been received in the number of days above, check with your local post office as they may be holding it for duties collection. If you still can't find it, please let us know so we can ship a replacement or refund your purchase.


What about the message on the USPS website saying the item has not left the US?

You may see a message on the USPS site that says your package was "processed through a USPS sorting facility" in the US, but no other information is available.

This is because USPS does not have tracking ability outside the US because the order will be delivered by the post office in the destination country. If it has been processed, then it is on its way.

To save yourself time, please wait the estimated delivery times shown above before contacting us about a lost package.
